Job Title: Vietnam Sales Representative (B2B / Technology)

Work Type: Hybrid (Online Prospecting & On-site Client Visits)


About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Vietnam Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Vietnam. This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys a mix of digital lead generation and face-to-face relationship building.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and conducting professional product demonstrations. To ensure your success, our founder/team lead will personally accompany you on initial client visits to provide hands-on training and strategic support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients via online channels and networking.

  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client needs and present our solutions.

  • Product Demonstrations: Perform clear and persuasive product demos to key decision-makers.

  • Field Sales: Travel to client sites for face-to-face negotiations (accompanied by the manager in the initial stage).

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with acquired accounts.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience within the Vietnam market.

  • Language Skills:

  • Vietnamese: Native/Bilingual proficiency (Essential).

  • English: Professional working proficiency (Able to communicate clearly with international teams).

  • Chinese: A strong plus, but not mandatory.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and "door-opening" skills.

  • Mindset: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable with both office-based and field-based work.
